TIMESHEETS

  • Has my timesheet been approved?

In order to check if your timesheet has been approved, you would need to log into your Evertime account at https://app.evertime.co.uk/Account/Login. Once logged in, click on the ‘Activity’ tab and the status of your timesheet should read, ‘Approved for Pay and Bill’. If it reads, ‘Awaiting Submission’ then you have not submitted your timesheet and will need to do so. If it reads, ‘Awaiting Client Approval’, then the timesheet has been sent to your authoriser and has not been approved. You should receive an email when your timesheet is approved. If you are not receiving these emails, please contact us at payroll@redsnappergroup.co.uk

  • When is the cut off time for timesheet approval?

The cut off for timesheet approval is 5:30pm Monday if you enter your hours on Evertime. If you enter your hours on an external portal, the cut off is 12:00 on Monday. The exception will be for bank holidays. Please refer to the communication sent to you. If your timesheet has been approved after this time, there is a possibility that the timesheet has missed payroll and will not be paid during that week. This timesheet will then rollover to the next pay run.
