How to Add Email Account on an IPhone

Alternatively if you want to use the native mail app, follow the below, but be aware that this is not supported by the IT team: 

1.    Open Settings

•    Find and tap the Settings app on your iPhone's home screen.

2.    Scroll Down and Tap Mail

•    In the Settings menu, scroll until you see Mail, then tap it.

3.    Tap Accounts

•    Inside the Mail settings, tap Accounts.

4.    Tap Add Account

•    Select Add Account to start setting up a new email.

5.    Choose Your Email Provider

•    Outlook

6.    Enter Your Email Information

•    Enter your RSG email address and password

•    Follow any prompts to allow access or verify your account

7.    Choose What to Sync

•    Mail

•    Calendars

8.    Finished

•    Your email account is now set up.

•    Open the Mail app to start using your email.
