How to use CallSwitch One (iPhone & Android)

What is CallSwitch One?

CallSwitch One is a unified communications app that allows you to make and receive business calls, chat, and manage voicemails from your mobile device.

1. Getting Started

Download the App

• iPhone: Open the App Store, search for “CallSwitch One”, and tap Download.
• Android: Open the Google Play Store, search for “CallSwitch One”, and tap Install.

Login

1. Open the app after installation.
2. Enter your mobile number.
3. Tap Sign In.

2. Making a Call

1. Tap the Dialpad icon (usually a phone icon at the bottom).
2. Enter the number you want to call.
3. Tap the Call button (green phone icon).

You can also:

• Tap Contacts to call someone in your directory.
• Use Recent Calls to redial.

3. Receiving a Call

• When a call comes in, you’ll see a screen with Accept or Decline options.
• Tap Accept to answer the call.

4. Sending a Message (Chat)

1. Tap the Chat icon.
2. Select a contact or start a new conversation.
3. Type your message and tap Send.

5. Call Transfer

1. During a call, tap Transfer.
2. Choose a contact or enter the number.

6. Voicemail

1. Tap the Voicemail icon.
2. Select a message to listen to.
3. Tap Play, and use options like Delete or Call Back.

7. Settings

• Tap the Menu (☰ or gear icon).
• Do not Disturb can be turned on or off.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
• Restart the app or your phone if you experience audio or connectivity issues.
• Reinstall the application.
