Overview
An account can only be logged into by 3 devices once this number is exceeded then you will see the error message : 'This account has reached its device limit. You can manage the device access within safetyculture.'
Solution
Remove Devices from the account.
To do this
- Login to iAuditor as admin
- Click the safe culture option (highlighted on the image below)
- One in this you should be able to view user accounts click on the affected account name
- Select the option along the top of the screen for devices
- This will then show you all devices registered to this account
- Click the
icon this will delete the device
- Ask the user to log back in
