Removing Devices in iAuditor

Overview

An account can only be logged into by 3 devices once this number is exceeded then you will see the error message : 'This account has reached its device limit. You can manage the device access within safetyculture.' 

 

Solution 

Remove Devices from the account.

To do this

 

  1. Login to iAuditor as admin
  2. Click the safe culture option (highlighted on the image below)
  3. One in this you should be able to view user accounts click on the affected account name
  4. Select the option along the top of the screen for devices
  5. This will then show you all devices registered to this account
  6. Click the  icon this will delete the device
  7. Ask the user to log back in
