Clear cookies & cache on Intervention Hub Portal

Laptop (Chrome or Edge)

1. Open your browser
2. Copy and paste this into the address bar:
   chrome://settings/siteData (Chrome)
   edge://settings/siteData (Edge)
3. In the search box, type: intervention-hub-portal.com
4. Click the bin icon next to any results shown
5. Close and reopen your browser
6. Go back to the site and try again

Android (Chrome)

1. Open Chrome
2. Tap the three dots (top right)
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Privacy and security
5. Tap Site settings → All sites
6. Find and tap intervention-hub-portal.com
7. Tap Clear & reset
8. Reopen Chrome and try again

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

1. Open Settings
2. Scroll down and tap Safari
3. Tap Advanced → Website Data
4. Search for intervention-hub-portal.com
5. Swipe left and tap Delete
6. Reopen Safari and try again
